THE SUIT MAKES THE MAN- in a Nutshell

This week’s parsha intricately describes the garments the priests would wear. Who though Judaism cared for fashion?!
Our bodies were created to be the garments of the soul. Before Adam sinned, his soul was projected through his body. After the sin, his skin no longer could contain the power of the neshama and needed to be clothed. Furthermore, because of this shift, clothing represents the soul. Not only are clothing garments of the body, but also garments of the soul.
